Mobile Krewe – Player & Staff Code of Conduct

All players registering to try out for The Mobile Krewe are required to read and agree to the following Code of Conduct. Compliance with these standards is mandatory for participation with the organization.

Social Media & Personal Conduct

Players are required to maintain a clean, respectful, and professional presence on all social media platforms. The Mobile Krewe does not tolerate threatening behavior, acts of violence, illegal drug use, or other conduct that reflects negatively on the organization, regardless of whether such behavior occurs during official team activities or events.

Community Engagement Requirement

The Mobile Krewe is committed to community involvement and service. All players are required to participate in a minimum of two (2) community program events per season while on the team.

We understand schedule limitations and will offer flexibility; however, participation is expected. Community programs may include, but are not limited to:

Feeding the hungry initiatives

Litter control and community clean-up events

Visiting or assisting elderly community members

Volunteering with youth programs, including youth football teams

Available community programs will be announced as the season progresses.

Representation of the Organization

All players must conduct themselves in a manner that aligns with the Mobile Krewe’s vision of making the city proud to support its team. Any behavior deemed detrimental to this vision may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the team.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Interactions with fans, officials, coaches, and teammates

Conduct toward opposing teams and their staff

Actions both on and off the field

Overall representation of the organization at all times

Respect & Sportsmanship

We emphasize respect for everyone associated with the organization, including coaches, players, management, staff, and fans, as well as opponents and their coaches, staff, and supporters.

By fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork, the Mobile Krewe aims to create a positive, supportive environment where both the team and the community can thrive.

Staff Conduct Expectations

Individuals registering as staff members—including but not limited to coaches, coordinators, event managers, equipment managers, and support staff—are held to the same high standards.

Staff members are expected to:

Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and courtesy at all times

Treat players, management, officials, and opponents with respect

Serve as positive role models by promoting sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork

Additional Information

Detailed Code of Conduct packets will be distributed at tryouts, camps, and introductory meetings. Please monitor this website for upcoming dates and announcements.

Our Commitment

These standards exist to ensure we are the best we can be—not only on the field, but within our community and in our personal lives. By joining the Mobile Krewe, you commit to representing something greater than yourself.
